Take a spontaneous trip to Manzanita where it is at least 20 degrees cooler than home, sit on the beach wrapped up in 2 blankets and a beach towel, walk around the cutest beach town ever, go to the Farmer's Market, snack on taffy, eat yummy chowder, buy a gorgeous flower arrangement, come home to quiet beauty-or take Frank's advice-stay home and chill.
