Penguin Pride

I don't know why a college nowhere near where Penguins live would choose a short-legged flightless seabird as their mascot~go figure~but Natalie is now amongst the proud Penguins of the Clark College Alumni.  She's the one in the blue hat-with her friends, Kendyl and Alex.
My youngest graduated from college last night, another step on her way to her goal of becoming a Vet. Tech.  It was a great Commencement ceremony with some awesome speakers and a Pipe Band (Bagpipes).  The main speaker was J.R. Martinez, the latest winner of Dancing With the Stars-motivational speaker and all around great guy.  Natie got to give him a hug!
We're so proud of Natalie and her accomplishment, whew, she made it and now it's on to more schooling!
